What are my obligations as a new member?
As a new member of the Englewood Area Board of REALTORS®, or the MFRMLS, you will need to attend “New Member Orientation” before 60 days has passed since your sign-up date. Orientation dates are scheduled every other month. Please call Diane McIntosh at 941.474.6664 or email her for more information.
How can I get involved with the Board or committees?
Contact the current chair for more information on possible involvement and service on the specific committee or committees you are interested in serving on. Click here for a list of Committees.
EABOR REALTOR® Account: To pay bills, view your account, and sign up for REALTOR® classes or events, please log into the member services portal of LAMPS. Upon joining, you should have received your user name and password information for the member services portal of LAMPS. Contact Marcia Potts at 941.474.6664 or via email if you have difficulty signing on.
To pay bills, view your account, and sign up for MLS classes or events, you would log into MFRMLS and click on the "GopherIt" icon.
Upon joining, you should have received your user name and password information to log into the MFRMLS system. For assistance with your MFRMLS user name and password, please contact MFRMLS at 800.686.7451, or via email.
When are bills due?
Your EABOR “REALTOR®” membership annual dues are due no later than December 1st of each year…for the following year’s membership. We begin emailing you the invoice approximately around November 1st. If they are not paid within the allotted time period, late fees will apply and your membership is subject to suspension or termination.
Board annual dues invoices not paid by the due date will result in the following:
- After December 1st ($50 late fee)
- After January 1st (Suspension)
- After February 1st (Termination)

How do I change my membership information?
Most information visible to the public, whether on the MLS or the EABOR website, must be updated through the Englewood Area Board of REALTORS®. Phone numbers, emails and other contact information may all be changed by completing this form.
Office transfers, office address changes or Designated Broker changes, must be accompanied by the appropriate form. You may email these forms to Diane McIntosh and all necessary changes will automatically be updated at NAR, FR, and MFRMLS.
I don’t know my user name and password
For immediate assistance with the REALTOR® member services area of LAMPS, please contact Marcia Potts at 941.474.6664 or via email if you have difficulty signing on. For assistance with your MLS user name and password, please contact MFRMLS at 800.686.7451 or via email.
I need to transfer to another office…what do I do?
You will need to fill out and submit a transfer form to change your information and keep your membership records updated. Click here for the form.
I can’t / don’t want to renew my membership
We are sorry you are leaving, but we understand. Please complete this form and submit to Diane McIntosh. Please remember to return all leased lockboxes, because if you are leasing a SUPRA “Active Key” and it is not returned…you will continue to get billed by SUPRA.
How do I obtain a Supra Key Device and/or Lockbox?
Contact us at 941.474.6664 to schedule a convenient time that we can devote to your needs. Use of the Supra key devices and lockboxes are optional. Lockboxes are “leased” through EABOR. You do not purchase lockboxes, but pay an annual “lockbox admin fee” of $80.00 (plus tax) to use and access as many lockboxes as you need.
I’m having issues with my Supra device…what do I do?
